摘 要:针对传统行波超声电机单面驱动、输出力矩小以及激励电压与疲劳寿命受限于胶层强度等问题,设计了一种夹持式双面齿型行波超声电机。电机采用夹持式双面齿型定子和双转子结构,不仅可施加较高激励电压,而且可实现双面驱动。利用有限元软件对电机定子进行仿真分析,通过模态分析获得电机定子的B(0,8)阶弯曲行波模态振型及其谐振频率,并通过瞬态分析得到驱动齿表面节点的椭圆运动轨迹。仿真分析结果表明该电机定子可在四相交流电压激励下生成行波,且双面驱动齿的驱动力方向一致,进而有效实现双转子同向旋转。The conventional one-sided traveling-wave ultrasonic motor was driven by one side,does not provide sufficiently high torque and power,excitation voltage and fatigue life were limited by the strength of the adhesive layer.So,a clamp-on type traveling wave ultrasonic motor with double-sided teeth was proposed.The clamping type double-sided toothed stator and dual-rotor structure were adopted,the structure not only can apply a higher excitation voltage,but also ensure that the motor realizes double-sided driving.In the design process,finite element method was adopted to analyze the stator.The resonant frequencies of B(0,8)vibration modes of the stator were calculating.The motion trajectories of the driving tips were obtained.The result of simulation shows that under the excitation of four alternating voltages,the traveling wave would be generated in the stator.The direction of driving force is consistent,thus two rotors can rotate in the same direction.
