摘 要:温度控制为当前液压控制系统研究的重要课题之一,传统控制方法对于船舶液压系统温度控制方面具有稳定性差、精度低的缺点.因此,文章以单片机为基础实现船舶液压系统的智能化控制.将液压系统温度进行阈值(38℃)设定,并将液压系统温度利用温度传感器实时采集,通过两者对比分析,可精准的将液压系统温度调控在38℃,达到了温控的精准要求,且由试验对比分析,基于单片机的温度智能化控制方法温控精度高于传统温度控制方法,温控误差低于3℃,且具有较高的稳定性.The temperature control is one of the most important subjects in the research of hydraulic control system.The traditional control method has the disadvantages of poor stability and low precision for the temperature control of marine hydraulic system.In view of this,the temperature control method of marine hydraulic system is put forward based on single chip microcomputer.This method takes single chip microcomputer as the control core,combined with the intelligent temperature control,collects the temperature value of the hydraulic system through the temperature sensor,compares and analyzes the temperature collection value and the set control temperature range,so as to realize the temperature control of the hydraulic system.In practical use,the temperature control method can accurately control the temperature of the hydraulic system at 38℃,which meets the precise requirements of temperature control.Moreover,the temperature control accuracy of the temperature control method based on singlechip is higher than that of the traditional temperature control method,and the temperature control error is less than 3℃and has high stability.
