摘 要:为确定邮轮进出广州港所需的安全富裕水深,避免搁浅等事故发生,综合考虑广州港的实际通航环境条件和邮轮的尺度参数,对《海港总体设计规范》中船舶安全富余水深的计算方法进行优化,构建邮轮进出海港安全富裕水深计算模型.运用MATLAB开发邮轮进出海港安全富裕水深计算软件,可快速实现相应代表船型不同环境进出海港安全富裕水深的计算与分析.研究结果可以为其它邮轮码头确定进出海港安全富裕水深提供参考.In order to determine the safe and rich water depth required for cruise ships to enter and exit Guangzhou Port,and to avoid grounding and other accidents,comprehensively considering the actual navigation environmental conditions of Guangzhou Port and the scale parameters of cruise ships,the calculation method of ship safety and surplus water depth in the“General Design Specification for Seaports”is carried out.Optimize and construct a calculation model for the safe and wealthy water depth of cruise ships entering and leaving the harbour.Using MATLAB to develop the calculation software for the safe and rich water depth of cruise ships entering and leaving the seaport can quickly realize the calculation and analysis of the safe and rich water depth of the corresponding representative ship entering and leaving the seaport in different environments.The results of the study can provide references for other cruise terminals to determine safe and affluent water depths in and out of the harbour.
