摘  要:近几年红外热成像技术常被用于材料的无损检测中。针对航空碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)表面损伤检测问题,本文提出了基于连续脉冲激光线移动扫描承力结构CFRP的损伤检测思想,搭载了线激光扫描的红外热实验装置。结果显示了线激光热成像对各种尺寸、深度和不同方向的拉伸断裂损伤的敏感性,并采用红外热谱图与温度曲线相结合来判断损伤的分析办法。图像序列分析与温度响应能够提供互补结果,此方法能够检测到近表面零点几毫米的损伤。此外,使用线扫描方式极大的缩短了检测时间。Infrared thermal imaging technology is often used in nondestructive testing of materials recently years.Aiming at the problem of surface damage detection of aviation carbon fiber reinforced composites(CFRPs),a damage detection idea based on continuous pulse laser line moving scanning load-bearing structure CFRP is proposed in this paper,which is equipped with an infrared thermal wave experimental device of laser-line scanning.The experimental results show the sensitivity of line laser thermal imaging to tensile fracture damage of various sizes,depths and directions,and the damage is judged by the combination of infrared thermal spectrum and surface temperature curve.Image sequence analysis and temperature response can provide complementary results.This method can detect the damage of a few tenths of a millimeter near the surface.In addition,the line scanning method greatly shortens the detection time.
