摘 要:为解决热风分布不均与罩内回流的问题,以首钢京唐500 m^(2)烧结机热风循环系统的热风循环罩为研究对象,应用计算流体力学方法对其进行分析和优化。对热风循环罩原结构的流场数值模拟结果表明,热风从水平方向进入罩内后集中在来流方向远端一侧,来流方向近端一侧出现低速回流区,罩内热风分布严重不均,进入料面热风的最大速度达到了6.36 m/s,热风速度的方差达到了3.27。针对原结构缺陷,研究了进气口、导流板和整流花板的结构特征,提出了最优改进方案,即将原有方形进气口改进为扩散型进气口、原有单一垂直方向导流板改进为垂直和水平方向的低阻型导流板并新增整流花板及导流筒。改进后的流场仿真结果表明,进入料面热风的最大速度为2.82 m/s,热风速度的方差为0.30,相比原结构分别降低了55.7%和90.8%,使得水平来流热风能垂直进入料面,消除了热风偏向和低速回流问题,并为热风或烟气循环系统与燃气喷加系统在烧结机上的耦合使用创造了条件。To solve the problem of uneven hot air distribution and backflow in the hood,the hot air circulating hood of 500 m^(2)sintering machine hot air circulation system in Shougang Jingtang was analyzed and optimized using the computational fluid dynamics method.The numerical simulation results of original hood showed that entering hot air into the hood from the horizontal direction leant towards to the far side while a low-speed backflow zone occurred in the other side.Consequently,it led to serious uneven distribution of hot air in the hood with a maximum velocity of 6.36 m/s at the material surface and the velocity distribution variance was 3.27.In terms of original hood defect,the structure features of air intake,deflector and rectifier flower plate were studied.An optimal scheme of improvement in view of those defects was proposed.The originally square air intake was improved into a square diffuser.A horizontal deflector was coupled with the originally vertical deflector to lower the flow resistance with a new rectifier flower plate and deflectors were added.The simulation results of improved structure showed that the maximum velocity of hot air at the material surface was 2.82 m/s,with the variance of 0.30,which were reduced by 55.7% and 90.8%,respectively,compared with the original ones.After the optimization,the hot air was much more perpendicular to the material surface,eliminating its uneven distribution and backflow,and making it possible for the coupling use of hot air or flue gas circulation system and gas injection system for the sintering machine.
