摘  要:非调质钢18Mn2SiMo热处理采用920℃正火、300℃回火,具有较高的强韧性,但利用拉床拉刀加工的冲击试样V型缺口在-40℃冲击时韧性达不到技术要求。研究了线切割冲击试样V型缺口与拉刀拉制的V型缺口室温冲击和低温冲击值的差异。分析了拉刀缺口低温冲击值偏低的原因,提出了改善低温冲击值的方法,为改善18Mn2SiMo钢低温冲击性能提供参考。The non-quenched steel 18 Mn2 SiMo has high strength and toughness when it is normalized at 920℃and tempered at 300℃.However,during the impact test of V-type notch of sample by broaching machine at-40℃,the toughness cannot meet the technical requirements.The difference of room temperature impact and low temperature impact of V-type notches produced by wire-electrode cutting and broaching were studied.The reason of lower impact value for broaching notch at low temperature was analyzed,and the method to improve the low temperature impact value was proposed.This study provided reference for improving the low temperature impact toughness proptery of 18 Mn2 SiMo steel.
