摘 要:利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDX)、拉伸强度试验机和显微维氏硬度计对某运行一段时间发生表面开裂的叶片进行了分析,叶片工作额定运行转速为3 000 r/min,运行温度为92.5℃,压力为-0.594 MPa。结果表明,含有硫酸根离子的介质在叶片表面局部聚集导致表面出现点腐蚀是叶片开裂失效的主要原因。裂纹为从表面开始的表面锈蚀,进而发生点蚀开裂失效。Analysis on the surface cracking of a certain blade during operation for some time was carried out by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),tensile strength tester and micro-Vickers.The working conditions of the blade were listed as below:the rated operating speed was 3 000 r/min,the operating temperature was 92.5 ℃,and the pressure was-0.594 MPa.The results showed that the local aggregation of the medium containing sulfate ions on the blade surface led to surface corrosion,which was the main reason for the blade cracking failure.The cracking was the surface corrosion which started from the surface,and then the pitting cracking failure was caused.
