摘  要:目前海上许多油田已进入注水开发的中后期,注水压力高、吸水指数低、作业频繁、达不到配注要求等问题严重制约了油田开发效果和储量动用程度的提高。因此,本文研发了一种具有疏水、防膨、耐冲刷多功能的材料。通过室内实验评价结果表明:生物纳米溶液具备较好束膨作用,可以阻止水进入黏土内部,表面形成疏水薄膜,防膨率达到90%以上,具有良好的防膨效果;生物纳米溶液浓度大于0.75%时,将岩石表面由亲水转变为疏水,平均接触角111.9°,其溶液浓度越高,接触角越大,可以使地层岩石表面润湿反转;生物纳米颗粒在多孔介质表面形成覆膜结构稳定且持久,不易被水流冲刷而脱附(50 PV),具有长期增注有效性。2021年该技术应用于海上油田三口井,措施后注入压力平均下降了40.6%,视吸水指数平均提高了4.4倍,注入量平均提高了2.4倍,取得了良好的降压增注应用效果。上述研究为以后海上油田注水开发提供了一套极其有效的解决方案。At present, many offshore oilfields have entered the middle and late stages of water injection development. The problems such as high water injection pressure, low water absorption index, frequent operations, and failure to meet the injection requirements have severely restricted the improvement of oilfield development effects and the degree of reserves production. Therefore, this paper has developed a material with functions of hydrophobicity, antiswelling and erosion resistance. The evaluation results of laboratory experiments show that the biological nano solution has a good swelling effect, which can prevent water from entering the clay and form a hydrophobic film on the surface. The anti-swelling rate is more than90%, which has a good anti-swelling effect. When the concentration of the bio-nano solution is greater than 0.75%, the rock surface changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, and the average contact angle is 111.9°. The higher the concentration of bio-nano solution, the greater the contact angle, and the formation rock surface can be wettable and reversed. The coating structure of bio-nano particles on the surface of porous media is stable and durable,and it is not easy to be washed away by water(50 PV), and has long-term replenishing effectiveness. In 2021, this technology is applied to three wells in offshore oilfield. After the measures, the injection pressure decreases by 40.6% on average, and the apparent water absorption index increases by 4.4 times on average, and the injection volume increases by 2.4times on average, achieving a good application effect of reducing pressure and increasing injection. The above-mentioned research provides a set of effective solutions for the future water injection development of offshore oilfields.
