摘 要:为解决高温深层水平井钻井液储层保护问题,利用甲酸盐与碳酸钙复配加重构建了一套高温高密度低固相钻井液体系,实验发现,将碳酸钙粒径(D50)控制在23μm左右时,碳酸钙加重对钻井液流变性和滤失性影响最小。采用甲酸钠、甲酸钾、碳酸钙三者复配加重方案,不仅可以实现钻井液良好的性能,而且使钻井液成本降低。高温高密度低固相钻井液在150℃老化后,仍具有良好的流变性与滤失性能,表明该体系具有较好的耐温能力,能够满足不同温度条件下的水平井钻进的要求。另外,该钻井液受氯化钙、硫酸钙、页岩岩屑侵污影响小,具有良好的耐钙与岩屑污染能力。高密度低固相钻井液污染后的露头岩心渗透率恢复率>80%,具有良好的储层保护效果。In order to solve the reservoir protection problem of high temperature deep horizontal well drilling fluid, a high temperature high density and low solid drilling fluid system was constructed by compound weighting of formate and calcium carbonate. It was found that when the calcium carbonate particle size(D50)was controlled at about 23 μm, the influence of calcium carbonate weighting on rheological properties and fluid loss was minimal. The compound weighting scheme of sodium formate, potassium formate and calcium carbonate can not only achieve good performance of drilling fluid, but also reduce the cost of drilling fluid. High temperature high density and low solid drilling fluid had good rheology and filtration performance after aging at 150 ℃, indicating that the system had good temperature resistance and can meet the requirements of horizontal well drilling under different temperature conditions. In addition, the drilling fluid was less affected by calcium chloride, calcium sulfate and shale cuttings, and has good resistance to calcium and cuttings contamination.The permeability recovery rate of outcrop core polluted by high density and low solid drilling fluid was more than 80%, which had good reservoir protection effect.
