摘 要:由于渤中34-X区块储层油藏埋藏较深,地层微裂隙非常发育、地层渗透率低,传统的钻井液体系不能满足在保证防塌的同时有效保护储层;采用传统套管完井的方式,产量不能达到配产要求。针对储层地层特性,开发出以甲酸钾和海水1:1混合为连续相的新型强抑制储层保护钻开液,采用逐级拟合充填技术,保留裸眼完井对储层保护的优势,同时有效抑制易坍塌,降低作业风险。该体系在BZ34-X-P1井成功应用,配产满足油藏要求,实现了安全钻井与储层保护的目的,为推广使用和批量作业提供了不可多得的经验。Due to the deep burial of reservoir in Bozhong 34-X block, the formation microfractures are very well developed and the formation permeability is low. The traditional drilling fluid system cannot protect the reservoir effectively while preventing collapse. Conventional casing completions cannot meet production requirements. According to the characteristics of reservoir formation, a new type of drilling fluid with strong inhibition reservoir protection is developed, which is composed of 1:1 mixing of potassium formate and seawater as continuous phase. The step-fitting filling technology is adopted to retain the advantages of open hole completion for reservoir protection, and effectively suppress easy collapse and reduce operational risks. The system was successfully applied in well BZ34-X-P1, and the production allocation met the requirements of reservoir, realizing the purpose of safe drilling and reservoir protection, providing rare experience for popularization and batch operation.
