摘  要:自2008年,海上油田首次进行热采作业,经过近13年的不断试验、摸索,累计在渤海油田开展多元热流体吞吐施工近20井次,取得了良好的增产效果;同时逐步完善了多元热流体吞吐工艺技术,为海上非常规稠油油田的有效、高效开发提供了技术支持。对于在生产稠油油田,目前主要采用冷采方式开发,单井投产初期产能较高,但随着油田的开发,由于堵塞、油稠、地层能量不足等原因造成在生产稠油井低产,迫切需要增产措施,针对低黏稠油增产、老油田挖潜、低产低效井进行治理。对渤海油田某平台A井开展多元热流体吞吐老井增效先导试验,作业后该井初期日产油量为作业前日产量4~5倍,增产效果明显,表明多元热流体热采技术为渤海油田稳产、增产提供了一条有效的技术路径。Since 2008, thermal production has been carried out for the first time in offshore oilfields. After nearly 13 years of continuous test and exploration, multi-element thermal fluid huff and puff construction has been carried out for nearly 20 wells in Bohai oilfield, and good stimulation effect has been achieved. At the same time, the multi-element thermal fluid huff and puff technology has been gradually improved, which provides technical support for the effective and efficient development of offshore unconventional heavy oilfields. At present,the heavy oilfield is mainly developed by cold production, and the initial production capacity of a single well is high. However, with the development of the oilfield, the low production of heavy oil wells is caused by plugging, oil thickening and insufficient formation energy. There is an urgent need for stimulation measures to deal with low viscous oil production, tapping the potential of old oilfields and low production and low efficiency wells. The pilot test of multi-element thermal fluid huff and puff in an old well was carried out for well A of a platform in Bohai oilfield. The well increased oil by 4~5 times and the production increase effect was obvious, indicating that the multi-element thermal fluid thermal recovery technology provides an effective technical path for stabilizing and increasing production in Bohai oilfield.
