摘  要:大位移井钻井过程中普遍存在钻进扭矩高、井眼清洁差等问题,因此降低井筒摩阻,防止岩屑床堆积是实现大位移井安全作业的关键。渤海南部K油田勘探初期以浅层大位移井为主,相比常规大位移井具有地层泥质胶结疏松、钻井液滤失严重、岩屑产出量大等特征,进而导致井眼清洁、井壁失稳、井筒摩阻等问题进一步恶化。针对K油田开发难点,提出了强抑制钻井液流变性控制技术、浅层大位移井高效润滑技术、疏松地层井眼塑形技术,优化了现有水基钻井液,对现场作业具有重要意义。There are many problems in the drilling process of extended reach wells, such as high drilling torque and poor borehole cleaning. Therefore, reducing wellbore friction and improving cuttings suspension are the key to realize the safe operation of extended reach wells. In the initial exploration stage of K oilfield in the southern Bohai Sea, shallow large displacement wells are mainly used. Compared with conventional large displacement wells,they have the characteristics of loose formation argillaceous cementation, serious drilling fluid filtration and large output of rock cuttings, which further worsen the problems of wellbore cleaning, wellbore instability and wellbore friction. In view of the development difficulties of K oilfield, the strong inhibition of drilling fluid rheology control technology, high-efficiency lubrication technology for shallow extended reach wells and borehole shaping technology in loose formation are proposed, which optimizes the existing water-based drilling fluid, which is of great significance for field operation.
