摘 要:洛河层井水具有硬度高、电导率高、浊度高等特点,作为工业循环水使用极易结垢。循环水电脱盐技术是主动式水垢控制技术,针对不同的水质选择最优的操作条件是该技术的重点和难点。本文通过开展洛河层井水电脱盐小试、中试研究,探索了电极材料、水流速度、电流密度等因素对洛河层井水硬度和碱度脱除效果的影响。提出了洛河层井水电脱盐经济合理的操作条件。The well water in Luohe formation has the characteristics of high hardness, high conductivity and high turbidity. It is easy to scale when used as industrial circulating water.The electro-desalting technology of circulating water is an initiative scale control technology.Choosing different operating conditions for different water quality is the difficulty and key point of this technology. Small and medium-sized experiments of electric desalting of well water in Luohe formation were carried out to explore the effects of electrode materials,water flow velocity, electric current density and other factors on water hardness and alkalinity removal. The economic and reasonable operation conditions of the electro-desalting technology of circulating well water in Luohe formation are put forward.
