摘 要:对可吸附有机卤素(adsorable organic halogens,AOX)测定方法的研究主要集中在河流湖泊等饮用水相关的领域,而海水中的测定方法关注较少。受海水中高浓度的无机卤素离子的影响,传统的微库仑法在测定海水中AOX时精密度会下降并产生较大的正偏差。通过对传统的微库仑法进行改进,采用活性炭振荡吸附法-玻璃棒搅拌/抽滤前处理模式以减少“孔隙效应”对测定结果精密度的影响,同时引入校正空白扣除海水无机卤素离子的空白干扰,建立了一种适用于海水样品中AOX的测定方法。当取样量为100 mL时方法检出限为6.49μg·L^(−1),实际样品测试精密度<10%。基体加标浓度为50μg·L^(−1)时,回收率在90.6%—107%之间。改进后的方法打破了标准方法对于Cl−浓度的限制,使其适用范围扩大至海水。这对于海水中AOX污染现状调查及污染源溯源追踪等有着非常重要的意义。Researches on adsorbable organic halogens(AOX)mainly focus on drinking water related fields rather than the seawater.Because of the interference of the high concentration of inorganic halogen ions in seawater,the precision of traditional microcoulometry in the determination of AOX in seawater would decrease and the determined results would have large positive deviation.Herein,an improved microcoulometry was applied for the AOX determination in seawater.The pretreatment mode of activated carbon vibration adsorption-suction filtration combined with whisking effectively eliminated the"channel effect"and increased the precision of the method.Meanwhile,the blank interference of inorganic halogen ions in seawater was deducted by the correction blank.The detection limit of the method was 6.49μg·L^(−1) while the sampling volume was 100 mL,the precision of the actual sample were less than 10%,and the recovery ranges of matrix addition were between 90.6%and 107%.This method breaks the limit of chloride concentration in normative method and expands its application scope to seawater.It is of great significance for the investigation of AOX pollution status and the traceability of pollution sources in seawater.
