摘  要:依托某城市快速路改扩建工程,进行天然碎石、再生碎石、水镁石纤维等原材料性能指标试验;对掺配水镁石纤维颗粒的水泥稳定再生碎石进行组成设计;通过重型击实试验、无侧限抗压强度以及干缩应变试验,对比性能指标差异;对比分析三类路基材料的经济成本。结果表明:水镁石纤维改良方案可增强水泥稳定再生碎石的强度,显著提升抗裂能力;掺配水镁石纤维颗粒的水泥稳定再生碎石性能经济比为常规天然骨料材料的170%。Based on a reconstruction and expansion project of the city expressway, the performance index of raw materials such as natural gravel, recycled gravel and brucite fiber are tested. The composition design of cementstabilized recycled gravel mixed with brucite fiber particles has been carried out. Through heavy compaction test,unconfined compressive strength test and dry shrinkage strain test, the performance indexes of the three groups specimens have been compared. The economic costs of the three kinds of subgrade materials have been compared and analyzed. The results show that the improvement plan of brucite fiber can enhance the strength of cement stabilized recycled gravel and significantly improve its crack resistance. The economic performance ratio of cement stabilized recycled gravel mixed with brucite fiber particles is 170 % of that of conventional natural aggregate material.
