摘  要:以云南墨江至临沧高速公路沿线的炭质页岩为研究对象,在掌握其路用性能的基础之上,通过试验路段研究了炭质页岩填料路基压实工艺与质量控制方法。结果表明:炭质页岩石渣具有良好的压实特性,适宜采用大吨位压路机低频弱振的方式压实,沉降法检测炭质页岩填料压实质量的规律性较好。试验确定了不同虚铺层厚条件下炭质页岩填料路堤压实工艺及其关键控制参数,提出了基于沉降差法的炭质页岩填料路堤压实工艺及质量控制方法,为实现炭质页岩石渣的资源化利用提供参考。Taking the carbonaceous shales along Mojiang—Lincang highway in Yunnan as the research object,the compaction technology and quality control methods of carbonaceous shale filling subgrade are studied through the test section on the basis of mastering its road performance. The results show that the carbonaceous shale slag has good compaction characteristics, which is suitable to be compacted by a large tonnage roller with low frequency and weak vibration. The regularity of the compaction quality of the carbonaceous shale packing detected by sedimentation method is good. The compaction process and key control parameters of carbonaceous shale filled embankment under different virtual layer thickness have been determined, and the compaction quality control methods of carbonaceous shale filled embankment based on differential settlement method has been put forward. It provides reference for realizeation of the resource utilization of carbonaceous shale rock residue,
