摘 要:为了实现建筑工程项目的节能设计,提高绿色建筑的节能性,针对绿色建筑中应用的空气源热泵技术展开节能性分析。本文以湖州后庄单元SB-03-01-11D地块开发建设项目为例,在该项目中随机选取五个房间,针对其应用空气源热泵技术后的运行性能和耗能情况进行现场实际测定,以此实现对该项技术的节能性分析。通过测定结果可知,空气源热泵技术在实际应用过程中,运行性能普遍较低,建筑耗能情况基本能够控制在约束值以内,COPh值与COPsh值均未超过3.00。说明空气源热泵技术能够通过控制室内温度和提升空气源热泵运行效率的方式,实现对建筑耗能问题的有效改善,对绿色建筑具有一定的节能效果。In order to realize the energy-saving design of construction projects and improve the energy-efficiency of Green Buildings, the energy-saving analysis of air source heat pump technology applied in Green Buildings is carried out. Taking the development and construction project of plot SB-03-01-11D of Houzhuang unit in Huzhou as an example, five rooms are randomly selected in the project, and the on-site actual measurement is carried out according to the operation performance and energy consumption after the application of air source heat pump technology, so as to realize the energy-saving analysis of this technology. The measurement results show that the operation performance of air source heat pump technology is generally low in the process of practical application. The building energy consumption can be basically controlled within the constraint value, and both the COPh value COPsh value do not exceed 3.00. It shows that air source heat pump technology can effectively improve building energy consumption by controlling indoor temperature and improving the operation efficiency of air source heat pump, which has a certain energy-saving effect on Green Buildings.
