摘 要:大跨度网架目前是公共建筑常采用的结构形式,在大跨度网架下施工机电管道与吊顶工程,与常规的混凝土楼板有很大的区别。本项目结合力学计算和BIM技术,深入分析结构形式的特点。解决了钢结构转换层钢材规格的确定,机电管道与转换层的零碰撞。解决了开裂、振动、防火等级等一系列技术质量难题,达到了创优的目的,同时呈现了较好的工程效果。At present, long-span grid structure is a common structural form of public buildings. The construction of electromechanical pipeline and ceiling works under long-span grid structure is very different from the conventional concrete floor slab.This project combines mechanical calculation and BIM Technology to deeply analyze the characteristics of structural form,which solves the determination of steel specification of steel structure transfer floor and zero collision between electromechanical pipeline and transfer floor. It also solves a series of technical and quality problems such as cracking, vibration and fire rating, achieves the purpose of excellence, and presents good engineering results.
