摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理联合健康教育模式对吸烟成瘾患者的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年3月在该院治疗的140例吸烟成瘾患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=70)和对照组(n=70)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用针对性护理联合健康教育模式,比较两组护理前后自我管理效能评分、依从行为评分、生活质量评分。结果:研究组护理后自我管理效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组依从行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组角色功能、认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情感功能和整体生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理联合健康教育模式可以提高患者的自我管理效能、增强患者的依从性、改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the impact of targeted nursing combined with health education model on patients with smoking addiction.Methods:A total of 140 patients with smoking addiction treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selested as the study objects,they were divided into study group(n=70)and control group(n=70)according to the random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given targeted nursing combined with health education model.The self-management efficacy score,compliance behavior score and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The self-management efficacy score after nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance behavior score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of role function,cognitive function,physical function,social function,emotional function and overall quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing combined health education model can improve patients’self-management efficiency,enhance patient compliance,and improve patients’quality of life.
