摘　　要：目的:探讨重症医学科医源性药物中毒的临床症状与解救措施。方法:选取该院2020年1—6月重症医学科医源性药物中毒的11例患者,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者的临床症状和解救措施。结果:在诊断处方过程中发生医源性药物中毒1例,处方中只是写明了药物名称,并未标明其使用浓度;在护士执行医嘱方面有7例;护理人员观察期间3例;在执行医嘱阶段,药品发放错误的有4例,包括浓度错误的3例、药品被污染的1例。结论:医务人员的过失可导致医源性药物中毒、死亡,要加强对医护人员专业知识培训、负责态度的教育,以提高患者诊治的安全性。Objective:To discuss the clinical symptoms and rescue measures of iatrogenic drug poisoning in the Department of Critical Care Medicine.Methods:Selected 11 patient with iatrogenic drug poisoning in the Department of Critical Care Medicine in the hospital from January to June 2020,retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of all patients,and summarized the clinical symptoms and rescue measures of the patients.Results:1 case of iatrogenic drug poisoning occurred during the diagnosis and prescription process,and the prescription only stated the name of the drug,but did not indicate its concentration;there were 7 cases in the nurse’s execution of the doctor’s order;3 cases during the observation period of the nursing staff;in the execution of the doctor’s order stage,there were 4 cases of drug distribution errors,including 3 cases of wrong concentration and 1 case of drugs being contaminated.Conclusion:Medical staff’s negligence leads to poisoning and death.We must strengthen the training of medical staff’s professional knowledge and education in responsible attitudes to promote the safety of patient diagnosis and treatment.
