摘　　要：目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对长期吸烟者气管肺功能的改善作用。方法:选择2019年1月—2021年1月在该院治疗的100例长期吸烟患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、炎症因子。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);研究组FVC、FEV_(1)、PEF、FEV_(1)/FVC优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀治疗可有效改善长期吸烟者的肺功能,降低炎症因子,且不增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of atorvastatin on the improvement of lung function in long-term smokers.Methods:A total of 100 cases of long-term smoking patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV_(1),PEF and FEV_(1)/FVC in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin can effectively improve lung function and reduce inflammatory factors in long-term smokers without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
