1例G-6-PD缺乏症并发布鲁氏菌感染患者的药学监护

摘　　要：临床对布鲁氏菌病的诊断中存在较多漏诊或误诊,治疗不当延误病情。当患者同时合并葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症时,更需要密切的药学监护以免药物引起急性溶血反应。临床药师通过对1例G-6-PD缺乏症合并发热待查患者实施药学监护,通过详细的药学问诊和药物重整,提出可能的致病菌,结合诊治指南明确布鲁氏菌病规范诊断,考虑患者G-6-PD缺乏,协助医师优化抗感染治疗方案,同时对患者进行密切的药学监护和安全用药教育,经抗感染治疗37 d,患者临床症状明显好转,血培养未见布鲁氏菌,带药出院。本文对1例G-6-PD缺乏症并发布鲁氏菌感染患者的药学监护进行报道,以期为临床治疗提供参考。There are many clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the diagnosis of brucellosis,and improper treatment delays the condition.When the patient also has glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PD)deficiency,close pharmaceutical care is needed to prevent the drug from causing an acute hemolytic reaction.The clinical pharmacist implemented pharmaceutical care for a patient with G-6-PD deficiency and fever to be investigated,proposed possible pathogenic bacteria through detailed pharmaceutical consultation and drug reorganization,clarified the standardized diagnosis of brucellosis in combination with the diagnosis and treatment guidelines,considered the patient’s G-6-PD deficiency,assisted the doctor to optimize the anti infection treatment plan,and carried out close pharmaceutical care and safe drug use education for the patient.37 days later,clinical symptoms of the patient improved markedly and no brucella was found in blood culture,patient was discharged with drugs.In this paper,the pharmaceutical care of a patient with G-6-PD deficiency complicated with brucellosis infection was reported to provide reference for clinical treatment.
