心脏外科围术期抗菌药物规范性应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析心脏外科围术期抗菌药物应用的规范性。方法:选取2019年5月—2021年5月在我院心外科围术期使用抗菌药物治疗的300例患者,从术前预防性应用抗菌药物种类以及规范性应用情况,术后应用抗菌药物种类以及抗菌药物联合运用情况进行分析。结果:术前预防性应用抗菌药品共5类,头孢呋辛钠和头孢唑林钠为主要术前预防性应用抗菌药物。预防应用抗菌药物最短时间为2 d,最长时间为8 d,平均时间为(3.01±0.48)d。术后应用抗菌药品共10类,头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦、头孢呋辛钠、万古霉素使用最多。抗菌药物联合应用共6种,头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦+万古霉素联用次数最多。结论:心外科围术期抗菌药物应用尚存在预防用药给药时间不适当,预防用药时间较长,病原学检查不充分等情况。Objective:Analyze the standardization of the application of antibacterial drugs in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2021,300 patients who were treated with antibacterial drugs during the perioperative period in the cardiology surgery of our hospital were selected.Analysis was made from the types of preoperative prophylactic antibiotics and their normative application,and the types of postoperative antibiotics and the combined use of antibiotics.Results:There were 5 types of antibacterial drugs for preoperative preventive use,and cefuroxime sodium and cefazolin sodium were the main preoperative antibacterial drugs.The shortest time for preventive application of antibacterial drugs was 2 days,the longest time was 8 days,and the average time was(3.01±0.48)days.There were 10 types of antibacterial drugs used after surgery,cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam,cefuroxime sodium,and vancomycin were the most used.There were 6 kinds of combined application of antibacterial drugs,and the combination of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam+vancomycin was the most frequently used.Conclusion:In the application of antibacterial drugs in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery,there are still situations such as inappropriate administration time of preventive medication,long time of preventive medication,and insufficient pathogenic examination.
