摘　　要：目的评价LightSheer半导体激光对Becker痣的脱毛疗效,分析影响脱毛疗效的因素及不良反应。方法对进行脱毛治疗的75例Becker痣患者,采用800 nm LightSheer半导体激光脱毛仪进行≥3次治疗,分析疗效。结果 75例患者中,女13例,男62例,皮损位于面颈部45例、躯干20例、四肢10例。治疗后毛发减少>75%12例,50%~75%28例,26%~49%29例,≤25%6例。<18岁患者治疗过程中可能出现毛发增多、增粗。单因素Logistic回归分析显示,就诊年龄、毛发密度及治疗次数对脱毛疗效有影响,性别、皮损部位、颜色对脱毛疗效无影响。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,与就诊年龄<18岁、治疗3~4次相比,就诊年龄≥18岁、治疗≥5次对脱毛疗效差异有统计学意义(P=0.018和P<0.001)。结论 LightSheer半导体激光治疗Becker痣,就诊年龄、初诊时毛发密度、治疗次数对脱毛疗效有影响,其治疗Becker痣可有效改善局部毛发量,无明显不良反应。Objective Evaluate the efficacy of LightSheer diode laser hair removal on Becker′s nevus, and analyze the factors affecting the efficacy of hair removal and adverse effects.Methods The efficacy of 75 case Becker′s nevus patients who underwent hair removal treatment was analyzed in ≥3 sessions using a 800 nm LightSheer diode laser hair removal device.Results Of the 75 patients, 13 were female and 62 were male, and the lesions were located on the face and neck in 45 cases, the trunk in 20 cases, and the extremities in 10 cases.Hair reduction >75% after treatment 12 patients, 50%~75% 28 patients, 26%~49% 29 patients, ≤25% 6 patients.Hair growth and thickening may occur during treatment in patients <18 years of age.Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that age at visit, hair density, and number of treatments had an effect on hair removal efficacy gender, andlesion site, and color had no effect on hair removal efficacy.Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed a statistically significant difference in hair removal efficacy between age of attendance ≥ 18 years and ≥5 treatments compared to age of attendance <18 years and 3 or 4 treatments(P=0.018 and P<0.001).Conclusion LightSheer diode laser for Becker′s nevus, age at visit, hair density at the initial consultation, and the number of treatments have an impact on the efficacy of hair removal.It is effective in treating Becker′s nevus to improve local hair volume with no significant adverse effects.
