摘　　要：患者男,55岁,明确诊断为食管癌,给予卡瑞利珠单抗治疗,15 d后颈部及胸背部出现大小不等的红色丘疹,范围逐渐增大,累及颜面部,诊断为反应性毛细血管增生症,给予液氮冷冻治疗,半年后复诊皮疹较前明显减少。A 55-year-old male who was diagnosed with esophageal cancer was treated with Carrelizumab.After 15 days, red papules with varying sizes appeared in the neck, chest and back;after the range gradually increased, the face part involved.With liquid nitrogen freezing treatment, the rash after half a year was significantly reduced compared with before.
