摘 要:目的建立人体尿中铝、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、镉、碘、钡、汞、铅15种元素的检测方法,应用于人群尿液样品的检测,并对检测数据进行初步分析评价,为评估人体元素负荷水平提供基础资料。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取丰台区居民的尿样526份作为检测对象。尿样以样品稀释液稀释10倍,制成测试液;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时测定15种元素含量。结果15种元素在测定范围内线性相关系数均大于0.999;方法检出限在0.005~0.115μg/L之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%,加标回收率在94.0%~109.2%之间;尿样标准物质实际测定值均在标准值范围内,人群尿样中铝、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、镉、碘、钡、汞、铅元素含量的中位数分别为21.03,0.68,0.74,46.82,5.08,58.81,815.32,29.54,49.91,397.12,2.01,141.23,138.08,0.30和3.87μg/L;几何均数分别为20.91,0.58,0.73,43.72,4.95,41.52,812.02,28.02,49.53,397.04,1.58,137.11,94.13,0.29和3.03μg/L。结论尿样直接稀释测定,前处理简便、快速,结合电感耦合等离子体质谱仪多元素同时测定的优势,能准确快速地检测大批量尿样。Objective To establish the detection method of 15 elements of Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Cd,I,Ba,Hg and Pb in human urine,preliminarily analyze and evaluate the detection data,and provide basic material for evaluating the level chemical elements load of human body.Methods There were 526 urine samples selected as the detection objects with cluster random sampling method in the citizens of Fengtai district.The urine samples were diluted 10 times with sample diluent to make test solution.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used for detecting 15 elements at the same time.Results The linear correlation coefficients of the 15 elements were all greater than 0.999 within the measurement ranges.The detection limits of the method were 0.005-0.115μg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%,and the standard recovry rates were between 95%and 105%.The actual measured values of the urine reference materials were all in the range of standard values.In the urine samples,the median of Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Cd,I,Ba,Hg and Pb was 21.03,0.68,0.74,46.82,5.08,58.81,815.32,29.54,49.91,397.12,2.01,141.23,138.08,0.30,and3.87μg/L,respectively,and the geometric mean of them were 20.91,0.58,0.73,43.72,4.95,41.52,812.02,28.02,49.53,397.04,1.58,137.11,94.13,0.29 and 3.03μg/L,respectively.Conclusions The urine samples are directly diluted for detection,and the pretreatment of samples is simple and fast.Combine the advantage of detecting multi-elements at the same time by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,this method can be used for accurately and repidely detection of large quantities of urine samples.
