摘　　要：坐骨神经阻滞疗法是疼痛科最基本的诊疗技术之一,主要应用于臀部及下肢疼痛的诊断与治疗,以及某些手术的区域麻醉与术后镇痛。本专家共识介绍了坐骨神经的解剖,系统描述了坐骨神经阻滞疗法的各种操作方法、常用药物、适应证、禁忌证和并发症等。本专家共识推荐解剖定位法及影像引导下的坐骨神经阻滞疗法,文献及临床研究已证实其有效性及安全性。Sciatic nerve block therapy is a common treatment method and a most basic treatment technology in the department of painology,which mainly used in the pain management of the hip and leg,and some of the local anesthesia surgery.This expert consensus introduces the anatomy of the sciatic nerve,and systematically describes the various approach,common drugs,indications,contraindications and complications of sciatic nerve block.The consensus recommends that both conventional approaches of anatomical landmarks and image-guided methods for sciatic nerve block can be used safely and effectively for the treatment of the hips and lower limb chronic pain diseases and for some lower extremity surgery anesthesia.
