摘　　要：本文提出了疼痛性疾病的定义:疼痛感觉神经系统的结构与功能受损,以疼痛为主要临床表现,常伴有疼痛感觉、疼痛感受和疼痛反应异常的疾病。探讨了疼痛性疾病的属性:病因、机制、分类、临床表现、诊断内容与名称,以及治疗原则;为疼痛学科诊疗疼痛性疾病提供了理论依据和临床思维,为疼痛患者能够得到明确的诊断,及时和规范化的治疗提供了保障。The definition of pain disorder is proposed:the structure and function of pain sensory nervous system are impaired,pain is the main clinical manifestation,and often accompanied by abnormal pain sensory,perception and reaction.The characteristics of pain disordersare discussed:etiology,mechanism,classification,clinical manifestations,diagnosis content,diagnosis name,and treatment principles.These perspectives provide a theoretical basis and clinical thinking for the Department of Painology to diagnose and treat the pain disorders,and provide a guarantee for the patients to get a clear diagnosis and timely standard treatment.
