摘　　要：老年人腰痛十分普遍,准确的老年人腰痛评估是开展合理、有效治疗的前提。但目前有关我国老年人腰痛评估的相关研究还十分欠缺,评估流程也并不系统全面。制定合理、规范的评估流程,选择合适的评估量表是老年人腰痛诊疗过程的首要内容。本文针对老年人腰痛的评估流程、腰痛评估量表的使用现状等问题进行阐述,并根据我国国情编制了一套适合我国老年人的腰痛评估量表,为临床工作提供一定的证据支持与帮助。Low back pain is very common in the aged.Accurate evaluation of low back pain in the aged is the premise of reasonable and effective treatment.However,there is still a lack of relevant research on the evaluation of low back pain in Chinese aged,and the assessment process is not systematic and comprehensive.Making a reasonable and standardized assessment process and selecting the appropriate assessment scale are the primary contents of low back pain diagnosis and treatment process in the aged.In this review,the low back pain assessment process and the assessment scale in the aged are described,then a set of low back pain assessment scale suitable for Chinese elderly is developed,and it can provide some supportive evidence and help for clinical work.
