摘　　要：目的 探讨内镜下套扎手术与泡沫硬化剂对Ⅱ~Ⅲ度内痔患者手术情况、总有效率及恢复的影响。方法 2018年6月-2020年12月河南大学第一附属医院接受手术治疗的98例Ⅱ~Ⅲ度患者作为研究对象,按照手术方法的不同将其分成常规组(n=49,采取内镜下套扎术治疗)和实验组(n=49,采取内镜下套扎术联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗),对比两组患者手术情况、总有效率、术后恢复情况、术后复发率、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果 两组手术时间、术中出血量存在均衡可比性(P>0.05);实验组总有效率(95.91%)高于常规组的81.63%,组间存在差异性(P<0.05);实验组创面愈合时间及住院时间少于常规组,术后1个月随访患者疼痛评分、肛门水肿评分、创面出血评分低于常规组,组间存在差异性(P<0.05);实验组术后3个月随访肛门肿痛、肛门渗血、尿潴留等并发症发生率、1年内痔疮复发率低于常规组,组间存在差异性(P<0.05);实验组术后痔核脱垂程度评分及生活质量评分优于常规组,组间存在差异性(P<0.05)。结果 对Ⅱ度~Ⅲ度内痔患者采取内镜下套扎术联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗效果显著,能够减少患者术后并发症及复发率的情况,且安全性高,有效减轻患者的经济负担。Objective To explore the effects of endoscopic ligation and foam hardener on the operation,total effective rate and recovery of patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲinternal hemorrhoids.Methods From June 2018 to Dec.2020,totally 98 patients with degreeⅡ-Ⅲreceived surgical treatment in our department were selected as the research objects.According to the different method of operation they will be divided into conventional group(n=49,taken for the treatment of endoscopic ligation)and experimental group(n=49,treated by endoscopic ligation combined with macrogol foam hardener injection),compared two groups of patients situation,the total effective rate,postoperative recovery,postoperative recurrence rate and life quality score and the incidence of complications.Results The operative time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups were balanced(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.91%)was higher than that of the conventional group(81.63%),and there was a difference between the groups(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the pain score,anal edema score and wound bleeding score in the follow-up 1 month after surgery were lower than those in the conventional group,with differences between groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as anal swelling and pain,anal bleeding,urinary retention and recurrence rate of hemorrhoids within 1 year in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group 3 months after operation,and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The score of degree of hemorrhoid prolapse and quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group,and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ligation combined with macrogol foam hardener injection for patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲinternal hemorrhoids has a significant effect,which can reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rate of pati
