摘　　要：空管语音交换系统是管制员实现地空通信和地地通信的重要管制前台设备,其性能直接影响管制员的工作效率和航空安全。本文以目前国内使用较为广泛的飞坤VCS 3020X内话系统为研究目标,挑选其中对地空通信影响较大的TX output(输出电平)、Main RX(主通道接收电平)、AGC(自动增益控制值)和VOX DETECTION LEVEL(语音激活电平)等参数进行了详细研究,使用专业仪表测试了各参数在不同信号源下表现出的性能,并根据测试结果提出对各参数优化的方案,对飞坤VCS 3020X系统的使用单位具有一定的参考价值。ATC voice communication system is an important equipment for controllers to realize ground to air communication and ground to ground communication. Its performance directly affects the efficiency of controllers and aviation safety. This paper focuses on the Frequentis VCS 3020X, selects parameters like TX output,Main RX,AGC and VOX DETECTION LEVEL, which have great influence on ground to air communication,and uses professional instruments to test performance of each parameter under different signal sources. According to the results, it proposes methods to optimize these parameters. It has certain reference value for Frequentis VCS 3020X users.
