摘　　要：为切实贯彻落实习近平总书记对民航安全工作系列指示批示精神和民航上级安全工作部署,有效落实安全管理责任,夯实安全责任链条,结合工作实际总结机载GPS干扰排查处置的实践经验,分享一些思考,以助力推进“三个敬畏”“六个起来”的知行合一。本文首先简要梳理识别GPS干扰对民航带来的安全风险,之后总结民航汕头空管站在2020年底~2021年初区域内发生多个航班的GPS信号受到无线电干扰事件后的干扰排查处置工作过程的经验做法,最后通过对干扰数据进行统计分析,从而引发一些思考,以期与民航兄弟单位共同交流探讨,同时呼吁相关方共同推进机载GPS干扰源头治理,保障人民出行安全。In order to effectively implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions and instructions for civil aviation safety work and the arrangements for safety work at higher levels in civil aviation,effectively implement the responsibility for safety management and strengthen the chain of responsibilities for safety,this paper summarizes some practical experience in airborne GPS interference troubleshooting and disposal,and shares some thoughts in order to promote the unity of knowledge and practice of“three awes”and“six rises”.This paper,first of all,brieflies identifies safety risks brought by GPS interference to civil aviation.Then it summarizes the experience and practice of in handling interference after radio interference incidents occurred to the GPS signals of several flights the Shantou Air Traffic Control Station during the end of 2020 to the beginning of 2021.Finally,through the statistical analysis of the jamming data,some thoughts are put forward with a view to communicating with civil aviation sister units,and at the same time calling on relevant parties to jointly promote the control of the sources of airborne GPS jamming to ensure peoples safety in travelling.
