摘 要:目的了解居住在山西省某焦化厂下风向的成人与儿童血常规指标动态变化。方法选取2014—2019年山西省某焦化厂下风向1337名6~60岁居民为调查对象,进行问卷调查,根据卫生行业标准排除影响血常规检测的相关因素,采用全自动血液分析仪检测20项血常规参数[白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)计数、中性粒细胞(neutrophil,NEUT)计数、淋巴细胞(lymphocyte,LYMPH)计数、单核细胞(monocyte,MONO)计数、中性粒细胞百分数(neutrophill Percentage,NEUT%)、淋巴细胞百分数(lymphocyte percentage,LYMPH%)、单核细胞百分数(monocyte percentage,MONO%)、红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)计数、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、血细胞比容(packed Cell Volume,HCT)、红细胞平均体积(mean corpuscular Volume,MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(mean corpuscular hemoglobin MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(mean corpuscular hemoglobin concerntration,MCHC)、红细胞体积分布宽度的标准差(red blood cell distribution Width-s,RDW-SD)、红细胞体积宽度的变异系数(red blood cell distribution Width-CV,RDW-CV)、血小板(platelet,PLT)计数、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution Width,PDW)、平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)、血小板比容(platelet cell volume,PCT)和大型血小板比率(platelet Larger cell ratio,P-LCR)],并对数据进行分析。结果2014—2019年山西省某焦化厂下风向居民成人组与儿童组NEUT、LYMPH、MONO、NEUT%、LYMPH%、HCT、MCV、MCH、RDW-SD、RDW-CV、PLT、PDW、MPV、PCT和P-LCR均值均在正常值范围内;不同年份成人WBC、NEUT、MONO、NEUT%、LYMPFH%、MONO%、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCHC、RDW-SD、MPV和P-LCR异常情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年份儿童WBC、NEUT、LYMPH、NEUT%、LYMPH%、MONO%、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW-SD、PLT、MPV和P-LCR异常情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论随着暴露时间延长,山西省某焦化厂下风向处的成人与儿童的�Objective To explore the dynamic changes of blood routine indexes of adults and children living in downwind direction of a coking plant in Shanxi Province.Methods From 2014 to 2019,1337 residents aged 6-60 who living in downwind direction of a coking plant in Shanxi Province were selected as the research objects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.According to the health industry standards,the related factors affecting blood routine test were excluded.The automatic blood analyzer was used to measure 20 blood routine parameters[white blood cell(WBC)count,neutrophil(NEUT)count,lymphocyte(LYMPH)count,monocyte(MONO)count,neutrophill percentage(NEUT%),lymphocyte percentage(LYMPH%),monocyte percentage(MONO%),red blood cell(RBC)coun,hemoglobin(Hb),packed cell volume(HCT),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),red blood cell distribution width-s(RDW-SD),red blood cell distribution Width-CV(RDW-CV),platelet(PLT)count,platelet distribution width(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet cell volume(PCT)and platelet larger cell ratio(P-LCR)].Results The mean values of NEUT,LYMPH,MONO,NEUT%,LYMPH%,HCT,MCV,MCH,RDW-SD,RDW-CV,PLT,PDW,MPV,PCT and P-LCR in adults and children living in downwind direction of a coking plant in Shanxi Province from 2014-2019 were within the normal ranges.There were statistically significant differences in the abnormal status of WBC,NEUT,MONO,NEUT%,LYMPFH%,MONO%,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCHC,RDW-SD,MPV and P-LCR in adults among different years(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the abnormal status of WBC,NEUT,LYMPH,NEUT%,LYMPH%,MONO%,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,RDW-SD,PLT,MPV and P-LCR in children among different years(all P<0.05).Conclusion With the extension of exposure years,the blood routine parameters of adults and children exposed to the downwind direction of coking plant in Shanxi Province are affected.
