气郁体质在大学生特质正念与抑郁情绪间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的了解南京市某医学院校大学生的气郁体质在特质正念和抑郁情绪间的中介效应。方法2021年2—5月,采用弗莱堡正念调查量表、中医体质量表和贝克抑郁量表对南京市某医学院校539名大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果南京市某医学院校539名大学生的特质正念水平、气郁体质得分和抑郁总分分别为(30.93±5.97)、(30.53±21.20)和(11.04±10.65)分。大学生的特质正念水平与气郁体质得分、抑郁总分均呈显著负相关(r=-0.30、-0.33,均P<0.01),气郁体质得分与抑郁总分呈显著正相关(r=0.57,P<0.01)。气郁体质在大学生特质正念和抑郁水平之间的中介效应值为-0.31,占总效应的57.4%。结论特质正念既能直接对大学生抑郁水平起作用,也能通过影响气郁体质进而作用于大学生的抑郁水平。Objective To explore the mediating effect of Qi depression constitution between trait mindfulness and depression among students of a medical college in Nanjing City.Methods From February to May 2021,a total of 539 college students from a medical college in Nanjing City were surveyed with Freiburg mindfulness inventory,Constitution of Chinese Medicine Questionnaire and Beck depression index.Results The scores of trait mindfulness,Qi depression constitution and depression of539 students from a medical college in Nanjing City were(30.93±5.97),(30.53±21.20)and(11.04±10.65),respectively.The trait mindfulness level was significantly negatively correlated with the score of Qi depression constitution and the total score of depression in college students(r=-0.30,-0.33,both P<0.01),and the score of Qi depression constitution was significantly and positively correlated with the total score of depression(r=0.57,P<0.01).The mediating effect value of Qi depression constitution between trait mindfulness and the level of depression was-0.31,accounting for 57.4%of the total effect.Conclusion Trait mindfulness can not only directly affect the depression level in college students,but also indirectly affect the depression level through Qi depression constitution.
