摘　　要：潜艇舱室空间高度封闭,设备繁多,人员密集。巡航期间,潜艇艇员长期暴露于复杂的应激环境中,如高温高湿高噪、辐射和有害气体等,这些因素直接或间接的影响潜艇艇员的身体健康与心理状态,甚至引起多种生理与心理疾病,进而极大削弱艇员的战斗力,因此,潜艇作业环境的舒适性与安全性值得密切关注。然而,目前针对潜艇特殊作业环境的回顾性综述较少且内容陈旧。我们综述了潜艇特殊作业环境中的物理与化学因素及其对艇员健康的影响,为维护潜艇艇员身心健康及保障战斗力提供参考依据。The submarine cabins,with various equipment and dense personnel,are the highly confined space.During the mission,crew members work long hours under complex environment factors,including high temperature,high humidity,noise,radiation,and harmful gas.These factors directly or indirectly affect the physical and mental health of the crew,even lead to a variety of physiological and psychological diseases,which greatly weaken the combat effectiveness of the army.Therefore,the comfort and safety of submarine environment should be especially concerned.Nevertheless,outdated textbooks and few reviews have been dedicated to submarine environment.The paper describes the chemical and physical factors in submarine environment and their influences on the health of the submarine.As such it can also be used to provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the health,safety,and performance of crews under the submarine environment.
