摘  要:对沥青路面回收料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)和粉煤灰(Fly Ash,FA)地聚物及其混合物作为可持续路面材料的强度、耐久性、微观结构和渗滤液特征进行了评价。通过无侧限抗压强度(Unconfined Compression Strength,UCS)试验,测定了该材料在有无干湿(wetting-drying,w-d)循环作用下的强度发展规律。用X光衍射(X-Ray Diffraction,XRD)和扫描电镜(Scanning Electron Microscopy,SEM)分析了该材料的矿物结构和微观结构变化。用毒性特征浸出法(TCLP)测定了重金属的浸出率。结果表明,RAP-FA混合物和RAP-FA地聚物的强度均随着w-d循环次数的增加而增加。XRD和SEM分析表明,RAP-FA混合物的强度增加是由于硅酸铝钙水合物的生成,而在RAP-FA地聚物中则是由于发生了地质聚合反应。TCLP法的结果表明,RAP-FA地聚物能降低重金属在RAP-FA混合物中的浸出率。This paper evaluated the strength,durability,microstructure and leachate characteristics of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)and fly ash(FA)geopolymers and their mixtures as sustainable pavement materials.Through unconfined compression strength(UCS)test,the strength development law of the material under the action of wet drying(w-d)cycle was determined.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to analyze the changes of mineral structure and microstructure.The leaching rate of heavy metals was determined by TCLP.The results showed that the strength of RAP-FA mixture and RAP-FA geopolymer increased with the increase of w-d cycles.XRD and SEM analysis showed that the strength increase of rap-fa mixture was due to the generation of calcium aluminum silicate hydrate,while the geological polymerization occurred in RAP-FA geopolymer.The results of TCLP show that RAP-FA geopolymer can reduce the leaching rate of heavy metals in RAP-FA mixture.
