箱涵顶进施工对下卧既有隧道变形影响分析

摘　　要：以某箱涵顶进施工上穿既有隧道为工程背景,采用ABAQUS数值软件建模分析,重点分析了箱涵顶进施工过程中既有隧道的变形规律,得到以下结论:箱涵顶推施工过程中,左线隧道首先被扰动而发生变形,由于左线隧道一直承受上方箱涵卸载和顶推摩擦力影响,致使在开挖完成后左线隧道的变形量和变形影响范围均大于右线隧道;箱涵顶推过程中,各阶段的隧道最大竖向位移均位于箱涵正下方,施工完成后左线隧道顶部最大竖向位移要比右线隧道大;箱涵顶进施工时隧道水平位移主要分布在隧道上半部分稍偏左位置,右侧拱腰稍偏下位置水平位移较小,这主要与箱涵顶进过程,土体对隧道的挤压作用会在右侧拱腰产生挤压反力有关;箱涵顶进施工穿越隧道正上方对隧道竖向和水平变形影响均较大,设计和施工时应做好保护和防范工作。Taking a box culvert jacking construction over an existing tunnel as the engineering background,using ABAQUS numerical software modeling analysis,focusing on the deformation law of the existing tunnel during the box culvert jacking construction process,the following conclusions are obtained:box culvert jacking construction during the process,the left-line tunnel was first disturbed and deformed.Since the left-line tunnel has been subjected to the influence of the upper box culvert unloading and pushing friction,the deformation and the deformation influence range of the leftline tunnel after the completion of the excavation are larger than those of the right line.Tunnel:during the box culvert jacking process,the maximum vertical displacement of the tunnel at each stage is located directly below the box culvert.After the construction is completed,the maximum vertical displacement of the top of the left tunnel is greater than that of the right tunnel;the tunnel is horizontal when the box culvert is jacked.The displacement is mainly distributed in the upper part of the tunnel slightly to the left,and the right arch waist is slightly lower.The horizontal displacement is small.This is mainly related to the box culvert jacking process.The compression of the soil on the tunnel will produce the right arch waist.The squeeze reaction force is related;the box culvert jacking construction directly above the tunnel has a greater impact on the vertical and horizontal deformation of the tunnel,and protection and prevention work should be done during design and construction.
