摘 要:强制触发型火花间隙是超、特高压串联补偿电容器组重要的过电压保护设备,间隙触发控制系统则是用于实现对主间隙进行强制性触发控制的电气设备。检修记录显示间隙触发控制系统已成为串补成套装置中故障率较高的薄弱环节,而且多数故障是由间隙触发控制箱(GTCB)内的触发控制模块和电源模块引起。本文结合串补间隙触发系统的基本设计思路,提出了此类故障的排查方法。然后进一步结合工程检修实例详细分析了导致这些故障的根本原因,提出了预防故障发生的优化和改进方法。该研究成果全面提高了我国串补的运维检修技术,部分研究成果还可推广应用于超特高压交直流输电领域在线监测等需要从高电位获取电能的CT取能类电源应用场合。The forced trigger spark gap is the important over⁃voltage⁃protection equipment of series com⁃pensating capacitor bank at EHV and UHV level.While,the gap trigger control system is the electrical equipment which is used to realize the forced trigger control of the spark gap.It is shown by the maintenance record that the gap trigger control system has become a weak chain in the series compensation complete set device with high fault rate and most of the fault is caused by the trigger control module and power model in the gap trigger control box(GTCB).The troubleshooting method is proposed in combination with basic design idea of series compensation gap trigger system in this paper.Then,the root cause leading to those fault is analyzed in detail in further combination with its engineering maintenance example.The optimization and improvement method to prevent occurrence of the fault is proposed.The research results enhance compre⁃hensively operation and maintenance technology of series compensation in China and some of them can be extended to the application of CT energy power sources that require on⁃line monitoring in the field of ultra⁃high voltage AC/DC transmission,etc.,which need to obtain electrical energy from high potential.
