摘 要:叠片铁心结构在大型功率设备中被广泛应用,铁心损耗过大会使设备温度过高,影响设备正常运行,因此叠片铁心损耗的正确计算具有重要意义。其中,均匀规则叠片铁心损耗的计算已有较多的研究,但针对特殊结构的饱和叠片铁心损耗的计算难以使用传统的等效模型方法来解决。本文结合已有研究成果,提出基于绝热温升方法的饱和铁心损耗计算方法。首先以传统叠片铁心为实验对象,使用本文所述方法进行损耗计算,所得损耗值和叠片等效铁心模型损耗值相比较,两种方法所得损耗值差值较小,表明本文所述方法正确可行。最后将本文所述方法应用于带有磁阀结构的饱和叠片铁心,成功计算出铁心损耗值并对该铁心损耗分布进行分析。本文所提出的方法有助于特殊结构叠片饱和铁心的损耗计算,并且为此类特殊结构铁心损耗模型的修正提供理论和实验基础,对相关设备的电磁和热管理设计具有指导作用。Laminated core structure is widely used in large power equipment.The excessive loss of core will lead to overheating and consequently affect normal operation of the equipment.Therefore,it is of great importance to calculate the core loss precisely.There have been many studies on the calculation for iron loss of laminated core with uniform and regular structure.However,it is difficult to use the traditional equivalent model method to calculate the iron loss of saturated laminated core with special structure(magnetic valve).In this paper,a method for calculating saturated core loss based on adiabatic temperature rise method is presented in combination with the existed research result.First,the conventional laminated core is taken as the experimental object,and the loss calculation is performed by the method described in this paper.The obtained iron loss value is compared with the loss value of equivalent iron model and the difference between the two methods is small,indicating that the method described in this paper is correct and feasible.Finally,the method described in this paper is applied to the saturated laminated core with magnetic valve structure.The loss value of the core is calculated successfully and the loss distribution of the coreisanalyzed.The method presented in this paper is helpful to the calculationof the lossof the laminated saturated core with special structure.Also,it provides theoretical and experimental basis for the modification of the core loss model of this special structure and has guidance for the electromagnetic and thermal man⁃agement design of related equipment.
