摘 要:江苏作为国家确定的唯一海上千万千瓦级风电基地,由于受海域限制,陆上登陆点集中分布于盐城、南通等苏北地区,本地消纳能力有限,需要向苏南负荷中心输电。长江横贯整个江苏,现有的6个500 kV北电南送跨江输电通道,受电气距离、电源负荷分布等因素影响,各通道潮流分布不均,断面整体输电能力无法充分发挥。“十四五”期间,随着海上风电装机规模的增长,现有通道的输电能力无法满足苏北风电与苏南负荷的发展需求。柔性输电技术是增强输配电系统可控性和灵活性、提高运行稳定性、经济性的新手段,可以充分挖掘现有交流电网的潜力,避免新增输电通道和发电设备,为解决上述问题提供新的思路。本文首先分析了“十四五”期间,北电南送跨江输电通道遇到的输电瓶颈;随后分别采用增加交流通道、柔性交流输电技术、柔性直流输电技术3个方案对输电通道间的潮流进行优化研究;最后,从提升供电能力、降低短路电流、经济性等角度,对3个方案提升跨江输电通道的输电能力进行总结。Jiangsu,as the only state⁃determined offshore wind power base of 10 billion kilowatts,the onshore access points of are concentrated in the north of Jiangsu province such as Yancheng,Nantong due to the limitation of the coastline.The local power consumption capacities are limited and the power needs to be delivered to the load center in the south of Jiangsu province.While Yangtze River traverses the whole Jiangsu province,the power flow distribution of the six 500 kV north⁃to⁃south river⁃crossing power transmission channels is not even due to influence of such factors as electrical distance and load distribution of power etc,and overall power transmission capacity of the river⁃crossing section cannot be fully utilized.With the increase of installed capacities of offshore wind farms in the 14th five⁃year planning period,power transmis⁃sion capacities of existing channels cannot meet the development demands of wind power in Northern Ji⁃angsu and the loads in Southern Jiangsu.Application of flexible transmission technologies is a new means to enhance the controllability and flexibility of transmission&distribution system,improve system operation stability and economy.It can fully exploit the potential of transmission capacities of the existed AC power grid,avoid the constructions of new transmission channels and generation equipment,which provide new ideas for solving above⁃mentioned problem.
