摘 要:液位传感器应用广泛,实现液位传感器信号的模拟有利于液位传感器信号采集电路的设计。文章提出了一种由运算放大器构建的有源可调电容。通过控制电荷放电过程,对液位传感器的输出特性进行模拟。设计了调理电路,并对两种常规的电容测量方法中的被测电容进行模拟,理论分析了该方案的可行性。在针对20 pF~300 pF可调电容的模拟试验中,模拟精度达到0.2 pF,步长0.04 pF。其精度高于常规无源可调电容,具有一定的工程应用前景。The liquid level transducer is widely used.The simulation of the liquid level transducer signal is beneficial to the design of the signal acquisition circuit of the liquid level transducer.This paper proposes an active adjustable capacitor built by operational amplifier.The output characteristic of the liquid level transducer is simulated by controlling the charge and discharge process.In this paper,the conditioning circuit is designed.The measured capacitance in two conventional capacitance measurement schemes is simulated.The feasibility of the scheme is theoretically analyzed.In the simulation test for 20 pF~300 pF adjustable capacitor,the simulation accuracy reaches 0.2 pF,the step length is 0.04 pF.The precision is better than the passive adjustable capacitor.The scheme has certain engineering application prospects.
