以岗位对接为导向的会计专业职业本科教育研究

摘　　要：职业本科顺应世界职业教育态势、高等教育发展趋势,面向新型企业发展要求,满足教育行业改革的需求而产生,符合我国社会主义经济发展规律。会计专业职业本科是以会计技术应用能力培养为核心,以层次性、复合性、应用性、创新性为特点,注重传授专业技术知识和技术技能的同时,更注重职业核心素养的培养。本文结合对高职会计专业发展分析,通过企业调研,提出将会计专业设置与会计基础岗位对接、与会计管理岗位对接、与综合岗位对接为导向的会计专业职业本科发展策略。Vocational undergraduate education is in accordance with the world trend of vocational education and the development trend of higher education.It can meet the requirements of the development of new enterprises and the reform of the education industry,which is in line with the law of China's socialist economic development.The vocational undergraduate accounting focuses on the cultivation of the ability to apply accounting technology,and is characterized by hierarchy,complexity,application and innovation.It not only pays attention to imparting professional knowledge and skills,but also attaches more importance to the cultivation of professional core quality.Combined with the analysis of accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges and enterprise research,this paper puts forward the development strategy of vocational undergraduate accounting specialty to set accounting specialty according to basic accounting posts,accounting management posts and comprehensive posts.
