摘  要:针对高职院校土建类专业人才培养与企业生产实际对接差距大等问题,以湄洲湾职业技术学院为例,对土建类专业人才培养模式进行改革创新与实践。学院创新“多元协同、四能并重、六体合一”人才培养机制,深化产教融合,打造“产学研创就”一体化培养链条。实践表明,在各类学科竞赛、科技服务以及学生就业等方面均取得明显成效。In view of the large gap between the training of civil engineering professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges and the actual production of enterprises,this paper takes Meizhouwan vocational and Technical College as an example to reform,innovate and practice the training mode of civil engineering professionals.The college has innovated the talent training mechanism of"multiple coordination,equal emphasis on four abilities and integration of six bodies",deepened the integration of industry and education,created an integrated training chain of"industry,University,research,innovation and employment".Practice shows that it has achieved remarkable results in various discipline competitions,scientific and technological services,student employment and so on.
