摘 要:在知识经济飞速发展的当今社会,教师人力资源已经成为中职学校发展的重要战略性资源。合理开发教师人力资源是中职学校提升自身教育水平和竞争力的必然要求,是实现中职学校可持续健康发展的必经之路。因此必须对学校的教师人力资源进行合理开发,从人才培养、绩效工资、制度保障等方面完善现有的教师资源,提高教师整体的教育教学水平,从而促进学校为企业培养优秀的技术技能型人才,同时也为有意向进一步发展的教师提供技术实习等培训机会。In today's society with the rapid development of knowledge economy,teacher human resources have become an important strategic resource for the development of secondary vocational schools.Rational development of teachers'human resources is an inevitable requirement for secondary vocational schools to improve their education level and competitiveness,and is the only way to achieve sustainable and healthy development of secondary vocational schools.Must therefore be to reasonable development of school teachers human resources,from personnel training,performance salary,system security aspects of perfecting the existing teaching resources,improve the whole education teaching level of teachers,to promote school technology skilled talents for enterprise,but also provide teachers have intention to further the development of the technology of internship training opportunities,etc.
