摘　　要：针对生产中出现的纸机压榨部振动问题,将2640/500纸机压榨部的加压方式由气动加压改造为气/液加压,实现了各压区压力的提高及加压后的稳定性,有效克服了纸机在提速过程中的振动,达到了提高车速、增加产能的目的。According to the problem of vibration in the press section of the paper machine,pressurization mode of the press section of 2640/500 paper machine is changed from pneumatic pressurization to pneumatic/hydraulic pressurization,so as to improve the pressure in each pressing area and the stability after pressurization,overcome the vibration of the paper machine in the process of speed increase,and achieve the purpose of increasing the speed and increasing production capacity.
