摘　　要：贾英杰教授总结多年临证经验,提出“黜浊培本”防治恶性肿瘤的理论,浊邪既是致病因素,又是病理产物,癌浊是在浊邪和正气先虚的基础上产生的,夹杂毒瘀,胶结难化,发为肿瘤。结肠癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一,在不同阶段、不同分期的结肠癌患者中,本虚浊实不断动态变化,临床应将舌脉与肠镜下表现相结合,从分消走泄、宽腑通肠多方面“黜浊”,重视健脾益气生津以“培本”,提高了结肠癌患者的生存率和生活质量,值得推广借鉴。Professor JIA Yingjie has summarized the clinical experience for many years to advocate the Chuzhuo Peiben theory of prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.Zhuo evil(turbid pathogen)is not only a pathogenic factor,but also a pathological product.Ai-zhuo,which generates from Zhuo evil and deficiency of vital qi,then mixes up with toxin and stasis,which is cementitious and difficult to treat,finally causing cancer.Colon cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal cancer.The condition of deficiency in origin and excess in Ai-zhuo is constantly dynamic changing at different stages of disease and different periods of colon cancer patients.In clinical practice,we should combine tongue and pulse with colonoscopy and apply Chuzhuo theory(diuresis,defecating and regulating qi of fu orgnas)and Peiben theory(tonifying spleen,onifying qi and promoting fluid),in order to improve the survival rate and life quality of patients with colon cancer,which is worthy of spreading and learning.
