基于“分消走泄”法探究温胆汤治疗儿童肥胖型哮喘的思路剖析

摘　　要：肥胖型哮喘是哮喘病与肥胖症的共患病,两者可双向影响,然其具体作用机制尚未完全阐明。结合小儿生理病理特点分析,王有鹏教授认为“痰”可作为两者相互影响的媒介,贯穿本病发生及发展始终。故王教授以“痰”作为切入点,创新性将“分消走泄”法及其代表方剂温胆汤引入儿童肥胖型哮喘的诊疗中,临床疗效确切。现将王教授基于“分消走泄”法探究温胆汤在治疗儿童肥胖型哮喘中的应用思路加以剖析,旨在为中医药诊治儿童肥胖型哮喘提供新方向。Obese asthma is a comorbidity of asthma and obesity,which can affect each other,but its specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Combined with the analysis of children’s physiological and pathological characteristics,Professor WANG Youpeng believes that“phlegm”can be used as a medium of mutual influence,throughout the occurrence and development of the disease.Therefore,professor Wang takes“phlegm”as the breakthrough point,innovatively introduces“Fenxiao Zouxie”method and its representative prescription Wendan decoction into the diagnosis and treatment of obese asthma in children,and have good clinical effect.Now the author will explore the application idea of Wendan decoction in the treatment of obese asthma in children based on the method of“Fenxiao Zouxie”,in order to provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of obese asthma in children with traditional Chinese medicine.
