摘 要:通常情况下,领导力是运动员积累经验的必然结果。但是,领导力行为需要实践、力量和条件训练并且可以为所有运动员提供机会,并以实践转化为各形式的领导力、行为和态度。本文回顾了运动员的领导能力,包括领导角色和4种转变的领导行为(理想化的影响力、启发性动机、个性化考虑和智力刺激)。建议:日常训练策略可以并入培训,通过更广的轮换领导机制以促进运动员的领导地位转型。这些策略可以让运动员跨越年龄、性别和竞争能力的代沟并一起工作。Normally, leadership is presumed to naturally result from athletic experiences. However, leadership behaviors require practice, strength and conditioning, and can provide opportunities for all athletes to practice transformational leadership behaviors, which can increase team cohesion and performance. This article reviews athlete leadership, including leadership roles and 4 transformational leadership behaviors(idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation). Then, daily strategies can be incorporated into training to foster athletes’ transformational leadership through strategies for larger and rotating leadership experiences. These strategies can gather athletes across age, sex, and competitive level to work together.
