摘 要:目的:通过对篮球专业队员干预核心训练,探究核心训练对于篮球项目中纵跳能力的影响。方法:以篮球专业队员16名为受试者,随机分两组,进行8周训练,实验组进行力量训练结合核心训练,对照组只进行力量训练,分析对比训练前后两组核心力量与稳定性测试、垂直纵跳与一步纵跳摸高测试结果。结果:训练后实验组垂直纵跳(VJ)平均值由训练前的58.91 cm提高到训练后的61.6 cm,对照组VJ平均值由训练前58.20cm提高到训练后的60.01cm,两组组内VJ有所提升(P<0.05);实验组一步纵跳摸高(OSJ)由训练前的3.146m提高到训练后的3.21m,对照组OSJ平均值由训练前的3.19m提高到训练后的3.23m,两组组内OSJ有所提升(P<0.05);两组队员20次仰卧两头起成绩均有所提升(P<0.05);但八级腹桥成绩训练后实验组有所提高但未呈现显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.05);两组训练后组间对比发现各项指标未呈现显著性差异(P>0.05),但增加了核心训练的实验组与只进行力量训练的对照组相比,四项身体素质指标提高幅度更大。结论:经过8周的训练,两组核心力量和稳定性的提高,对篮球专业队员纵跳能力有一定的提高,核心训练结合力量训练的训练方式更能提高篮球专业队员的纵跳能力,核心训练对于篮球项目中跳跃能力的发展有一定的促进作用。Objective:To explore the influence of core training on the ability of jump in basketball by intervening core training of basketball professional players.Methods:16 basketball professional players were randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks of training.The experimental group received strength training combined with core training,while the control group only received strength training.The results of core strength and stability test,vertical vertical jump test and one-step vertical jump height test before and after training were analyzed and compared.Results:After training,the mean value of vertical vertical jump(VJ)in the experimental group increased from 58.91 cm before training to 61.6 cm after training,and the mean value of VJ in the control group increased from 58.20 cm before training to 60.01 cm after training,and the VJ in both groups increased(P<0.05).The OSJ of the experimental group increased from 3.146 m before training to 3.21 m after training,and the mean OSJ of the control group increased from 3.19 m before training to 3.23 m after training,and the OSJ of the two groups increased(P<0.05).The scores of 20 supine standing at both ends of the two groups were improved(P<0.05);However,after the training of grade 8 abdominal bridge performance,the experimental group improved but showed no significant difference(P>0.05),while the control group showed significant difference(P<0.05);The comparison between the two groups after training showed no significant difference in each indicator(P>0.05),but the experimental group that added core training had a greater improvement in the four physical fitness indicators than the control group that only carried out strength training.Conclusion:After 8 weeks of training,the improvement of the core strength and stability of the two groups can enhance the basketball professional players’jumping ability to a certain extent,and the training mode of core training combined with strength training can improve the basketball professional players’jumping ability,and the cor
