摘　　要：“跳跃类难度”动作集柔韧力量爆发为一体,具有极强的感染力和极高的艺术观赏价值,是运动员身体素质综合能力的体现。跳跃类难度在成套中的合理运用,一方面能使参赛队伍展现队伍实力获得优异运动成绩,另一方面跳跃类难度的成熟运用在一定程度上推动成套作品的成熟化,推动舞蹈啦啦操朝着更高难度和更高艺术的层面进步。本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法,对2019年啦啦操世锦赛中前六名优秀队伍的跳跃类难度动作进行分析与研究,分析跳跃类动作在成套中的运用情况,为有效地促进难度组合的价值、提升难度创新发展提供借鉴参考。“Jumping difficulty” movements integrate the outbreak of strength and flexibility, have strong appeal and high artistic appreciation value, and are the embodiment of athletes’ comprehensive physical quality. The reasonable application of jumping difficulty in the whole set can enable the participating teams to show the strength of the team and obtain excellent sports results. On the other hand, the mature application of jumping difficulty promotes the maturity of the complete set of works to a certain extent, and promotes dance cheerleading to a higher level of difficulty and art. Using the methods of literature, video observation, data statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzes and studies the jumping difficult movements of the top six excellent teams in the 2019 World Cheerleading Championships, and analyzes the application of jumping movements in the complete set, so as to provide reference for effectively promoting the value of difficulty combination, improving the innovation and development of difficulty, and enriching the arrangement and application of difficult movements in the set.
